Reduced mobility scooters cannot be transported on our vehicles.
Door-to-door service, operating through reservations, in all areas of Lisbon Municipality that are part of our network. This is aimed at passengers with 60% (or more) declared disability who do not meet the conditions for using the regular public service.
Access conditions
This service is aimed at passengers with a declared disability of 60% or more and access to it is dependent on the provision of substantiating evidence of this.
The transportation service is limited to the capacity and availability of the vehicles assigned to it.

Service reservation
This service can be reserved once substantiating evidence for the declared disability has been presented and the client card has been issued.
Reservations must be made up to two days before the intended journey, by contacting: 213 613 141 (exclusive for this service), which operates on weekdays, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Price and payment
The use of this service implies payment for all transported users (Client and their companion, per trip) at the amount corresponding to the current tariff, with the respective annual update.
Ticket validation is mandatory when entering the vehicles.
Children up to 3 years old benefit from free transport, when carried on the lap.
Operating hours
Monday to Friday: 6:30 am / 9:30 pm
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 8 am / midday and 2 pm / 6 pm
Cancellations
Any cancellations not reported in good time will be charged the next time this service is used at the price of the bus fare, according to the current tariff.
